Keep the evidence needed to investigate a fault without guessing.
Step by step
- Note the exact action, error text, filename, selected machine and whether the app was connected or offline.
- Open Diagnostics to inspect traffic, reported state and feature evidence. Export the diagnostic bundle when available.
- Keep the original job, application version, setup and relevant screenshots together with the report.
- After a failed or interrupted workflow, preserve its evidence and review Recovery before attempting another run.
