First physical-machine commissioning
Qualify the actual installation before normal production controls.
Step by step
- Open Diagnostics and inspect the commissioning record and the current machine identity.
- Work through the supervised stages in order: no motion, manual motion, spindle, probe, tool setter, air run, real cut, tool change and recovery.
- Use the machine-specific checklist and reference programmes supplied with the accepted build. Record genuinely unavailable capabilities through the offered workflow.
- Review and explicitly complete each stage only after its physical checks pass. Simulated evidence is labelled separately.
- For later connections to a commissioned machine, use Machine Control's normal setup and homing route.
Saved learning progress will be available when accounts open.
Learning progress records reading, not physical commissioning or authorisation to operate.
